dual extrusion 3d printing is something that i have had very little experience with until now. i have used it a tiny bit at work on some of the higher end ultimaker 3d printers as well as makergears but never on a lower end budget 3d printer. lately, there has been quite 3d printing is awesome, and in my years of 3d printing i have upgraded many aspects of the 3d printers that i have gotten in. from the hotend, to the extruder, to the bed and beyond i have experimented with many different parts of a 3d printer. however, there is one thing with christmas being only a month away and this year coming to a close, i wanted to put together a list of a few of my favorite budget 3d printers of 2018. i figured this would be a great idea for someone that is looking to get into 3d printing but wants to spend the let me start off by saying i love my creality ender 3. i have owned mine for around 6 months now and it has been a complete workhorse. i added a bl-touch to mine for auto bed leveling as a first upgrade. aside from that and a buildtak flexplate for convenience, the unit has 8-bit marling but the last “exclusive” 8-bit marlin. in the last couple of days, marlin posted on their twitter that they released a a couple of months ago i picked up creality’s newest machine the ender 3. right out of the box it was a great machine and i knew i was going to make it one of my main work horses for orders. i have been very impressed with the print quality from day one so that earlier this year, i released the emupi mini arcade cabinet which was my biggest 3d printed project to date. it was a lot of fun and definitely forced me to get more comfortable with 3d modeling. i released the files for anyone who wanted to create one for themselves ever since the cr-10, i have had my eyes on creality. i would have picked up a cr-10 but i really had nowhere to put it and with my typical printing i do not have much use for a printer with such a large build plate. my neighbor ended up getting a cr-10 as his
