The good. After meeting with Jon and showing him my house he gave me a presentation about his company and made an offer in writing.The not so good. The offer was so far below market to be considered, and I listed my house for sale with another Realtor. When I had nine contracts again Jon contacted me asking to make an offer on my house, I asked him to submit his best and final offer, which would give him the opportunity to buy my house. He did not respond, and another contact was selected.For all the times Jon said he could make an offer closer to market rate, it was just talk and never action put in writing. When I considered working with him, one year ago, he called me to say there wasn't enough profit to make it worthwhile.The terrible. These guys won't stop calling me. It is as if their telemarketing agents are trained to just call and leave the messages in hopes you will be desperate enough to work with them. It is insane the amount of calls, voice messages, text messages, and nuisance I receive from 4 brothers by housed. And it has been going on for one year! I'll never recommend doing business this way, and will not work or recommend them. Jon and his team exceeded my expectations when buying my row house. My interaction with 4Bros employees and reps was completely satisfactory. No problems at all. 4 Brothers made selling my house very easy. I gave them a call and they came out and took a look at my house, and we were able to agree to a price and closing date right there and then. They were able to work around when I needed to close, and even let me stay in the house for two weeks after closing, until I was able to move to my new place.
