name of bank:syndicate bank; name of account:all india bharat sanchar nigam limited retired executives as*ociation; branch: sector 6, after depositing the amount, the details such as name, name of branch, amount, date of deposit, purpose etc., may be sent to. contribution to seek legal remedy on pay and pension arrears. aibsnlrea, on representative capacity, had filed a writ petition on the above issues in supreme court under article 32 of the constitution. since the court expressed its disinclination to entertain the writ petition, our counsel pleaded for granting us leave and liberty to file the same in high court under article 226 of the constitution of india. since the supreme court granted the leave and liberty, as prayed, we moved delhi high court. delhi high court, on being informed by the respondent’s advocate that a similar case is pending in principal cat, ordered that we may also move the principal cat. accordingly, we filed an oa in the principal cat along with another ma for condonation of delay. the case came for hearing on 22.10.2018 and the pcat admitted our oa and ordered for listing the case along with another case pending in the pcat. the case was heard on 26.11.2018. the respondents wanted four weeks' time to file reply which was accepted by the tribunal. the case will now be heard on 23.01.2019. it may be recalled that in our petition, we have prayed for orders to get the (i) arrears of pension between 1.1.2007 and 9.6.2013 for the pre-2007 pensioners, (ii) arrears of pay, pension and other pensionary benefits like enhanced dcrg, leave encashment, commuted value of pension (wherever admissible) for the pensioners who base to support the case. almost all the branches of this as*ociation took the matter seriously and collected the contributions and deposited the same in our savings bank account. some members and well-wishers also directly deposited their part of contribution in our contributions that we have received so far now falls very much short of the estimated expenditure for pursuing the case. we are sorry to
