The Libyan Academy was founded in (1988) under the name of: (Graduate Institute of Economic Sciences) And he began to study it with the fall of the year seasons (1989) only three scientific sections, namely: (accounting, management and administration, the economy) and in the year (1995 AD) issued Resolution No. (996) creates Academy of Graduate Studies, The decisions include the degree awarded by the Academy graduates, sometimes: Graduate Diploma, High Holidays (MA), and fine degree (PhD) The Libyan Academy was established in 1988 under the name of: (1995). In 1995, Decree No. 996 was issued for the establishment of the Graduate Studies Academy. The resolutions include the following: The degree awarded by the Academy to its graduates, namely: postgraduate diploma, high degree (master's), and exact leave (PhD) The Academy has been teaching all disciplines and available resources.
