Twenty-seven senior leaders from 23 locations participated in the Transnational Security Cooperation course (TSC) 18-2 from Nov. 4-9 at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS). One hundred and seven Fellows completed the Advanced Security Cooperation (ASC) Course Oct. 24 at the DKI APCSS.
