I am an Integrative Mindful Arts Coach & Educator and I work closely with children and women with a conscious approach through Arts. I am pas*ionate about Arts & the Holistic Development of Children. Combining these pas*ion with my teaching experience of 9 years as an educator and the knowledge I gained in Art therapy from La Salle School of Arts , I created a  series of Mindful Arts Programmes for children and women. As someone who believes that everything in life is interconnected and the importance of having a balance body, mind and soul, I bring these aspects in all the programmes created. I also believe that childhood is the most important period in the life of any individual. Most ad*lt issues stem from childhood. Therefore, it is vital to impart positivity and approach them with awareness. Children take things personally, so what they experience informs their identity. I personally discovered these when I undergo a healing and transformative period when I had to learn how to dig de*p within myself for my inner strength, take control of my life and reclaim my power. And it is through the various forms of conscious arts which I've practiced that have been as*isting me to release and transform the old negative conditioning and limiting belief that I've withhold since childhood.​​​​​​​ Looking at how mindfularts transformed and empowered my life, I feel that it is one of my mission to share these practices with others who need and will benefit their lives.​​​​​​​  My motivation is to live a prodigious life, turning my dreams into reality by consciously creating & co-creating every moment of my life and taking responsibility of it. I believe that every individual has the potential to be the best version of themselves once they  accept and embrace every part of them with love and discover their inner power to create their lives.
