Design apartment complex in the prestigious district of Moscow Elite residential complex on the Belarusian Art Residence - designer residential quarter, created in the image and likeness of European urban mansions. The concept of the project is harmony of life and art, which is reflected in the name of each of the nine buildings: Art, Etude, Harmony, Gallery, Idea, Biennale, Concept, Form, Design. The facades are made in different, but harmoniously combined design directions: constructivist vintage, English loft, traditional clas*ics. Natural materials of premium clas* are used for decoration - decorative panels, clinker tiles, marble, quartzite, glas*, wood, aluminum. In the residential complex “Art Residence” there are studio apartments, attic penthouses, multi-level penthouses with an open terrace and a fireplace, townhouses with a separate entrance and a private territory. The area varies between 41-600 m². Apartments with high ceilings (3.6-5.5 m) are rented in an open-plan layout without finishing. Panoramic windows offer views of the historic center of the city and the territory of the complex, fill the rooms with natural light and visually expand the space.
