The ASBOA Executive Board and Membership wish to express their sincere appreciation to Arkansas School Band & Orchestra As*ociation.  A very special thanks to Dr. Robin E. Bowen (ATU President), Dr. Jeff Woods (Dean of Arts and Humanities), Dr. Jeff Bright (Music Department Head), Dr. Dan Belongia (Director of Bands), Mr. David Moseley (Former VP Administration & Finance),   Dr. Cynthia Hukill (Former Music Department Head), Dr. Robert Brown (ATU President, Emeritus), Mrs. Julie Morgan (Former As*istant to President),  Orchestra string players must be enrolled in an ASBOA organization and meet all of the eligibility requirements thereof. In schools where there is no string program, bona-fide band students may audition on string instruments for All-Region Orchestra. Eligibility information for the string students will need to be sent to the appropriate orchestra region chair. The Individual String membership for students who are not members of an ASBOA organization does not exist as of ABA 2018.
