Wed 21st Hi, To add to Paul Hitchmans Marcliff and Bidford chub fest, attached is a picture of a 5lb 2oz chub I took from the top end of Marcliff on the 12th November. This was one of 9 fish, four over 4lb, all on double maggot fished on a 2g Bolo float across. Rod, 13ft Hello, just a quick line and a pic of this stunning brownie I caught on my first roving session to the river Alne. It took a lobworm that was intended for chub or perch. It’s a lovely bit of river with lots of character and I look forward to exploring it further this winter. I thought I’d photograph the fish as it’s colours were lovely on a very wet Autumn morning.
