For 20 years we have been creating a traditional atmosphere of family feast, home cooking, coziness and fun. This goal we set ourselves, when only opened a cafe and this is the main tradition, which we carefully store. Our cafe is located in a historical place, 100 years ago there was a market square. In those days the bazaar was the only place where everyone could come to talk and have fun. We decided to keep this atmosphere and make our Old Bazaar a place where people would gather, rest, have fun, talk. Moreover, our city is international, and it is somewhat similar to the southern bazaar. We gather people of different nationalities, and as a result, a noisy merry company. But the atmosphere, comfort and traditions remained. For 20 years we have not changed the recipes of our main dishes - our famous khachapuri in Ajarski and borshch preserved their taste. We serve the guests really fast: a three-course dinner is served for half an hour. And we still come to WE THINK THAT STABILITY IS THE SIGN OF THE MASTERY.
