beast is a james beard award-winning, produce-driven fine dining restaurant. every two weeks, we change our six-course prix fixe menu. four course dinner with vegetarian options and walk-in space available. two dinner seatings nightly wednesday–saturday: 6:00 & 8:45 pm and one dinner seating sunday:. meyer lemon, jamon iberico scallion puree, crisp saffron rice. parsley root tortellini & perigord truffle toasted hazelnut, red cabbage emulsion. 
braised snake river fa*ms wagyu shortrib cider & horseradish roasted carrots, fallen spinach souffle. chicory & cara cara orange salad smoked labne, mint sauce verte, spicy seeds. fromagerie le cret 1655 gruyere pineapple, golden beet, caraway crouton . chocolate pistachio opera cake cardamom-coffee ice cream, pomegranate. beast requires a deposit to secure reservations for our six-course tasting menu experience. we accept cancellations or changes to guest count up to 24 hours in advance for parties of five or less. if your guest count is six or more, we require 48-hour notice. if your reservation is missed or a decrease in guest count occurs outside of the cancellation window, it is our policy to retain the $40 tuesday dinner & sunday brunch does not require a deposit. walk-ins are welcome! depending on the menu, we are able to accommodate allergies, but require at least 24 hours notice.  we cannot accommodate dietary preferences at this time.  please reach directly out to us at the restaurant to check in:  [email protected] . we are unable to accommodate a vegan, garlic, or onion free menu, or a menu completely free of bu*ter or sugar. we take online reservations for groups 8 or fewer. for parties of 9 or more, please email your inquiry to [email protected] full buyouts of the restaurant are available for private parties.  to check availability, contact us at the above email. please direct media inquiries to broussard communications.  join us for eight indulgent courses with wine pairings at 6 pm to get your night started right or 9:30 pm to ring in the new year with us!
