video alert   i don’t know about you, but day to day, i wear pretty natural, plain makeup. light browns and subtle lipstick and highlight. but when the weather starts to warm up, something in my souls screams purples, pinks, greens, blues and who am i to tell my soul no!? but wearing bright pink eye shadow might not be for everyone. as matter of fact, it’… i rush home everyday and jump right in the shower and scrub the makeup off my face. it’s my favorite part of any day, coming home and washing the day off. but having a bare face is something i have worked hard to love on myself. i struggled with acne hard when i entered my 20’s. my face was relatively clear throughout my te*nage years so when… it is finally staring to warm up here! it was close to 70 degree yesterday. the birds are back and singing and our windows are open throughout the day. it even thunder-stormed extremely hard the other day, and as scary as it was, it means spring is here! the warmer weather is making my heart fall in love with warm weather things! and i can’t wait to… i love clothes. it’s probably safe to say that i am obsessed with clothes. i’m obsessed with buying that next shirt, next pair of jeans, next cute shoes! but that obsession can become expensive quickly. it is so easy to walk into a store and drop some serious money and then walk out and wonder what the heck you even bought. one pair of jeans? a… make up is ridicu*ously expensive. some foundations are over $100! how is that legal!? i feel like i speak for most of us when i say, we can not afford $100 foundation. we can hardly afford gas to go to the store to get a dang foundation.   but should we look less glam because we can’t afford to put basically liquid dollar bills on our face? no… any rupaul fans!? “hello, kitty gi*ls!” anyway, hi! how are you? thank you for reading my first ever blog post! i am extremely excited to launch this blog, focusing on being your glamorous, fashion forward, food loving, travel obsessed self without breaking the bank!
