The Black Faculty & Staff As*ociation’s (BFSA) role is to help ensure the fair and equitable treatment of Blacks at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and to be a critical resource for growing inclusivity in pursuit of its objectives towards an inclusive community.  We continue to develop and cultivate working relationships with our senior administration and operating units here at Hopkins, and serve as a trusted resource for JHU faculty and staff by providing a forum for meaningful exchanges that identify and address issues of value to us and our community, in and around Johns Hopkins. We also partner with the community to conduct outreach activities and cultural events. We are dedicated to serving you and the community. BFSA is an active organization with many exciting events planned for this year.  Please find time to join us.  You do not need to be a financially current member of the BFSA to participate in our activities or events, but you will find that there are benefits to becoming a financially current member.   Our membership coordinator is Leslia M.
