this year’s bga annual meeting took place in boston, june 20-23, with local host ben neale. highlights of the program were keynotes by professors hill goldsmith, mark daly, elise robinson, and bill iacono. we congratulate the following bg members that were awarded:. faculty positions, the monell chemical senses center, philadelphia (usa). faculty positions in olfaction, nutrition or metabolism research. the monell chemical senses center is the world’s premier institute devoted to basic, multidisciplinary research on the mechanisms and function of olfaction, gustation and chemesthesis. we are currently inviting applications for full-time junior or senior faculty. seeking a postdoctoral research fellow in human psychoneuroimmunology research at the center for healthy minds, university of. we are seeking a motivated and creative postdoctoral fellow to help implement new projects and an*lyze data as*ociated with nih-funded studies that examine the role of emotion and its neural underpinnings on the regulation of inflammation in individuals with chronic inflammatory disease. the successful applicant will be responsible for an*lysis of neuroimaging, immune, and behavioral data and will have the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience through publication of their work in scientific journals, presentations at summary: postdoctoral research position in austin, texas to work under the supervision of dr. elliot tucker-drob in the development and application of multivariate statistical methods in psychiatric genetics and sociogenomics. this work is currently funded by grants from the national institutes of health (r01ag054628) and the jacobs foundation. the position is available september, 2018 (earlier and later start dates are negotiable) and includes benefits. the position is for 2 years with the option for renewal.. three positions at danish institute for advanced study, university of southern denmark. unique position as as*istant professor in human health and lifespan at d-ias, and two postdocs in multi-disciplinary aging research.
