SHAPE, Inferno Hot Pilates - A challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity 60 minute workout done in a 95 degree room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles & burns fat - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Ignite - Guarantees a fiery, new challenge in every clas*. Workouts are 45 minutes & designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, & endurance.
