When Head Women’s Basketball Coach Andy Zihlman secured his 1,000thcareer win at Bishop Lynch this fall, he cemented his place in the history books as one of the winningest coaches of all time. Coach Zihlman has mentored hundreds of Friar student-athletes over the course of his 42 years at BL. As a long-time coach, the swish of the ball through the net, the drum of the ball on the hardwoods and the jarring of the game buzzer are forever in his ears.
