Our menu is founded upon locally-sourced, sustainable, organic food. Our bar features seasonal co*ktails, local beers and a world clas* wine list. Blackbelly is located in Boulder’s up and coming East Boulder neighborhood. Our restaurant features plentiful parking and a range of seating options, including dining room tables, a chef’s counter, a quaint, 8 person bar and 2 outdoor patios. We are open for dinner at 4pm, 7 nights a week. Happy hour is daily from 4-6. Chef Hosea launched Blackbelly Catering in late 2011. We take immense pride in our craft, featuring livestock from many Colorado fa*ms and ranches. This means we only sell all natural, hormone and
