We are a Locally Owned full-service New American fare restaurant located on the North Side of Fort Wayne, just off Lima and Dupont Roads. Creamy with artichokes, onion and in-house made tortilla chips $7 Fresh and on the half shell with tequila mignonette and co*ktail sauces Steamed buns stuffed with traditional As*an barbequed pork, Hoisin & oyster sauces. Brushed with sesame Crispy egg rolls stuffed with chicken, peppers, corn, spinach, tomatoes, and black beans, house made avocado bu*termilk ranch & Knife & fork pork ribs, slow roasted and hardwood grilled, basted with in-house-made BBQ sauce. With thin cut fries & coleslaw 10oz cut of marinated sirloin, in-house-cold-smoked, finished to temp over hardwood. Served sliced at a bias with a loaded baked potato & One half of a whole roaster, chipotle rubbed & brushed with demi-bu*ter served with fresh wokked vegetable 100% chuck ground and pattied in-house.
