> i like to experiment with various genres, styles, and sounds. my > music tends to be very melodic and catchy. help pete find his way through his mysterious and subconscious world. point and click your way through home story:1971, solving puzzles and unraveling its story since about two months ago, i started feeling burnt out musically. over the past year i put much more effort into improving my music skills. i didn't work nearly as diligiantly as i could have, but relative to my halfas*ing everything else in life, i'd say i worked pretty hard. i spent  hundreds of hours working on my tracks and quite a lot of time studying musical masterpeices. although i never created a solid routine, i managed to make at least one serious track each week for the past year. all this hard work was fruitful. a couple people have told me that i had the biggest jump in skill they've ever seen from a musician, and recently my work has been getting much more praise and reviews. i also recieved scores exceeding 9 in several music compeititions, which is certainly not a feat i was capable of a year ago. despite the great progress i made, i lost much of the movitation that drove me to get this far.  i believe that one of the main reasons why i continued making music is because it was a means of obtaining validation and interacting with people. i think i got much of the validation that i aiming for, but it's not what i thought it would be. don't get me wrong, i do appreciate all nice comments i get, and they make me happy. the problem is that i never had real aspirations, so this became the de facto goal, and now that i got it, i'm left with nothing to aim for. and that's what i need to figure out now.  if i want to be serious about becoming a professional musician, i need to learn music theory to a much greater extent, learn an instrument, and get a clearer idea as to what type of job i'd want to have. if i continue doing what i've been doing thus far, i think i'll soon reach
