We take ingredients from around the globe and fuse them with clas*ic street cart dishes. We’re big on doing things right, which is why we do things from scratch. We bake all our own bread. We pickle and ferment our veggies. We braise, marinade, garnish; grill and toast with love. These techniques take time, but at Blue Sparrow we want to tell a story with our food, and we want you to be part of it. Our menu may look a little different from time to time depending on seasonal ingredients and local availability.  Vietnamese pork sandwich on our house baguette. Film, paint, beer, street art, coffee, photography, welding, wood working, and graphic design are all art forms that have gone into making Blue Sparrow what it is.
