All you need to know is what type of workout you want your clients to do. With a click of a bu*ton you can browse dozens of group fitness Strength workouts. Or HIT workouts. Or Bodyweight workouts. All designed to work with a range of fitness levels. Then once you’ve picked your workout, with a few more clicks you can find a new warm up to use too. A couple of copy and paste’s later and your planning is done leaving you to get back to the other important things in your life. BootCraft helps you plan your bootcamp and group fitness sessions in mere minutes. Use the search field to select what type of workout you are looking for. You can also filter by workout length, group size and whether BootCraft searches it's workout idea database for and returns to you a list of drills that fit what you looking for. After picking a workout idea that you like you can save it to easily find later with the Save bu*ton, copy it to something like Google Docs BootCraft is designed to save you time so we've made it really easy to quickly search and find a workout idea. One of the things we really try to do with BootCraft is post new ideas or unique twists on clas*ic ideas for you to use.
