for this week's blog please discuss any impressions, questions, or answers you gained about school administration from your shadow or for this first blog i would like for you all to take this opportunity to discuss any of the topics reviewed in clas* that intrigued you or that you have more questions about. please include items that you would like to know more about during future clas* sessions. call from a parent threatening to go to the superintendent. the parent, mrs. jones, has a son tommy who is in a sixth grade clas*. his teacher is mr. allan who is in his second year of teaching. mr. dukes goes on to tell you that as per mrs. jones, tommy rarely gets homework or clas*work. in fact tommy claims that mr. allan is not teaching him anything. mrs. jones has requested that tommy's clas* be changed actively working, however there are ten students in the back of the room being very loud, and disruptive. in fact they are not on task at all. tommy is one of those students in the back of the room. when you confront mr. allan about the status of those students in the back of the room he replies i have tried everything i can possibly think of to get those students involved. they just don't have any respect or desire to learn, so i decided to focus my energy on those children who want to learn. i am really having a lot of difficulty with tommy. he is rude, disrepectful, and he believes he can do whatever he wants to do. something has to be done to help me with him and his gang!. as. formulate your response to mr. dukes, mrs. jones, and most importantly mr. allan using either a directive, collaborative, or non-directive. approach. please explain specifically why you choose this approach. also explain why the other approaches would not be as helpful as your. how will you insure that all individuals in your school are treated with fairness, dignity and respect? as*essment is a critical component to inform and differentiate instruction. how would you expect teachers to use data? how will you
