We used this transfer service for our second trip this year to the Moon Palace in Cancun. My first observation would be they are less than half the price we paid for the service booked through the Moon Palace AND they showed up with lovely cold towels and cold beers and sodas that we had requested (for a nominal additional fee). Our driver was Vincente Perez and he exceeded all expectations. He is a sweet, very articulate and knowledgeable man who impressed us so much during the short drive to the Moon Palace that we requested him We decided to book a tour to Chinchen nitza , Coba and the Cenote. Again booked this on line the previous day and our driver Augustine was waiting for us at our hotel on schedule. He was also wonderful, friendly and helpful. Also providing us with cool water and scented My wife and I used Canada Transfers this past weekend for an airport transfer and a tour of Chichen Itza and a cenote. The personnel working (Jorge and Carlos) the transfer were excellent and very efficient. They waited for us to get through immigration and customs which took an hour and half and they were there on time for the I used Canada Transfers for transfer from the airport to the hotel and back as well as a day excursion from the hotel zone to Chichen Itza.
