letting go of judgment gives you the freedom to be you unconditionally judging other people including yourself blocks the flow of love ifocus on the healing, transformation, and growing the relationships most important to you. as a spiritual life coach, i apply a model of i have worked with people for over 20 years of my life. different coaches, life coaches, psychologists, psychotherapists, couple’s therapists, however working with carolyn i feel like i've had the greatest growth in the shortest period of time. i love that i feel completely myself and it's a totally judgement free zone! her quick responses not only support me in the way that i needed in that moment, they gave me the tools to transform. the emails back and forth about 'trust'...this was eye opening information for me to see in the context of my life and how to apply it. i feel safe -- seen, heard and supported which is a relief in itself and then i feel like the wisdom you share has an illuminating effect. i've never learned so much about love and relationships like i have working with carolyn! coming from a background of fear and reactivity and 'what am i getting'. i love the ideas of curiosity, trust, and unconditional love.this feels more i found carolyn when i came across a piece she wrote regarding releasing judgment and expectations on tinybuddha.com.  although i am not judgment free yet, i can now recognize when i am judging someone.  it is a difficult practice, and i'm not always successful with it, but when i am, it is liberating. i've started teaching my kids about judgment and how to recognize it. before i started working with carolyn i was taking a temporary leave from my sport, and was feeling a 10 out of 10 on stress. i felt anxious after practice, and for upcoming competitions. she helped me learn to trust my own inner voice, and manage my emotional and spiritual energy which helped me perform better on the ice once i returned. my stress level went from a 10 to a 2 or 3, and i ended the
