Laura Mower is an accomplished banker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The CBTBE Corporation team. She has held executive-level positions in banking and insurance, including nearly twenty years at Lake Sunapee Bank and its holding company where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Laura served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for Optisure Risk Partners, a Manchester, NH-based regional insurance broker. In addition to her finance executive experience, Laura has lead stockholder relations and marketing teams, and also served as Corporate Secretary. Throughout her career, she has cultivated strong working relationships with regulators, auditors and stockholders. Laura has served on numerous boards, and sub-committees such as As*et-Liability Committee, Loan Review Committee, and Technology Committee. She has served on industry advisory boards and committees including the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s (FHLBB) Member Advisory Panel and as a member representative for program development with NH Community Development Finance Authority (NHCDFA) and FHLB, and has served as expert panelist at events sponsored by both organizations. Laura has volunteered time and expertise to numerous local area Chambers of Commerce, AlphaLoft, and Make-A-Wish New Hampshire.
