The CCEE’s professional learning supports educators and educational stakeholders so they can master all aspects of “local control” from an*lyzing student performance data to instilling more budget transparency. The CCEE and the California Department of Education (CDE) are tasked with selecting “Leads” within the Statewide System of Support which acts like a safety net to help school districts and charter schools improve student outcomes.
