Perspective of the Supervisory Union The Citizenship Supervision Congress was originally called the Social Legislation Movement Alliance (the case number Tai Nei Society No. 0960100099). After April 18, 2007, it was changed to its current name to supervise the Congress, present essment reports, eliminate unsuitable legislators, and improve the ecology of the Congress. After Taiwan’s full-scale re-election and democratization, the movement to oversee the Congress has also continued to evolve. From 1987, the New Era Foundation and Chengshe began to evaluate the content of the political affairs. Later, the Chengshe conducted the performance evaluation of the legislators and the civil initiative of the Social Legislation Movement Alliance. In the past 20 years, it has undergone three large-scale congressional supervision campaigns. This citizenship supervision of the Congressional Union's supervision of the Congressional Movement is not only the fourth wave of civic movements since Taiwan's democratization, but also the first time that Taiwan has taken root in supervising the Congressional movement.

10 yuan a day, overseeing the Congress The Citizenship Supervision Congress is a non-governmental organization whose main task is to oversee Congress and enable Congress to operate in line with people's expectations. Our supervision work is facing real financial pressure. At present, the monthly funds, including personnel, office rent, water and electricity, volunteer training, supervision of the quarterly journal of the Congress, and irregular press conferences, need at least about 300,000 to 450,000 yuan. In addition to the annual fee paid by group members, more than 90% of the funds require public support.
