On the day of my appointment I was quite early but welcomed by Susan(seamstress) who immediately put me at ease. Susan showed me the dressing room and pinned my dresses. They were ready within a week and had been transformed – perfect fit and hung beautifully. Two friendly and professional women and two lovely dresses. Fabulous all round service. I have had 2 suits altered at Chantans. The customer service is impeccable and they cater to your every need. I would highly recommend for any tailoring or alterations.
