charlesglen toyota: new & used vehicles in the northwest auto mall. awesome with them. he helped us get the deal we wanted and we are very happy with the service that was provided. also jim who handed my vehicle off to me was a hoot. i would seriously recommend this dealership with me all day while i was indecisive, but he got it done! stuck around after his shift just to ensure i was happy with my purchase. allison made the part where i give my money away easy. the entire financial transaction was a hoot with her! jim was absolutely amazing. he did the delivery of my tacoma and taught me so much i didn’t know. he gave me heads up of other opportunities to learn more about my vehicle. he really made my experience picking up my vehicle fantastic! were explained clearly to me, and i was treated respectfully. all my questions were answered thoroughly and i found the experience very another car from them. friendly stay, great deals, and the best ever costumer service. made the decision to not purchase locally but to head to calgary. while i was doing my research, i was speaking with a local repair shop and they commented that they’ve had many customers speak positivity on charlesglen toyota. knowing that i was already going to purchase a toyota my wife and i headed on over to see them. we were dealing with kate online for a demo truck and it was just what i was looking for. kate was great to deal with and we we’re able to come to a win-win agreement in short order. i wanted to have a few items added to the truck and those were installed with meticu*ous detail. personally, i’m looking for a dealership who understands the value in a long-term business relationship and charlesglen was that dealer. i couldn’t be happier with my purchasing experience and highly recommend kate and the others without hesitation. top marks in my books. welcomed and kept us entertained while teaching everything we needed to know about our new rav4. i feel confident utilizing all the new safety features the rav4 offers.
