alright folks, time for me to discuss the immediate future. i am dreading this, but here’s the situation. my financial situation has never been great but i’ve always been in a position where i can sacrifice the time and income to focus on making comics. in roughly 6 months, if not sooner, that luxury will be gone. i have two choices. attempt to make my patreon a livable income, or cease comic making i have the next six months (appropriate, eh?) to try and build things up, otherwise that’ll be it for me on this front. so for those six months i’m going to have to overhaul the way i do things. i am not happy about any of this, and i am sorry, but i don’t have much of a patrons: this month’s julia and collar(ed)6 are coming up. in september, around the 3rd, i will be upping the cost of the st*ips to 3$ monthly. however i will also be increasing the output so there will be a new st*ip weekly. i will be introducing at least one new st*ip into the rotation and have monthly polls to determine what projects appeal to my audience. i’ve yet to determine what the new st*ip will be, and as you will see below, there’s already one option on the table. patreon will become the focus of my comic-making. and now for the real bad news. collar6 isn’t growing. at all. i’ve stuck with it out of loyalty to my readers and stubborness. but it’s been failing for a very long time. it’s convoluted, confusing and hard for new readers to jump into. it’s my baby, but it’s had ten years of problems that stemmed from my confusion about how to handle this kind of st*ip, how proper bdsm works, and my younger self’s desire to shoe-hammer dbz into a fe*ish comic. it had a strong start insofar as an audience, but i lost all but my ha*dcore crowd as i went and it’s been circling the drain since. without my patreon comics, i’d have long since had to abandon so the situation is this. collar6 is now a patreon exclusive.   after speaking with my patrons and running a few polls, it was decided that enough readers there wanted it to be a part of the update
