I am regularly satisfied with the quality of care, but I hesitate to recommend your practice to others because almost every time the physician orders a new prescription they make a mistake. In the last year and half, every single prescription I've needed required a back and forth with my pharmacy due to an error from CPC: the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I verbally confirmed my pharmacy with the intake nurse, the dosage on a refill request was incorrect compared to the regular prescription, and today - the provider didn't correctly indicate the quantity. The worst was earlier this year, when the provider forgot to enter a code needed for a controlled substance when ordering cough syrup with codeine. I had extremely painful bronchitis and really needed that prescription, but the issue was never resolved - the pharmacy never got the information needed to fill the prescription. I feel frustrated when, again and again like clockwork, within an hour of a visit to CPC my pharmacy calls me to tell me there was an issue with prescription they received. This makes me hesitant to ever recommend your practice, and always makes me think I should really find a new provider. I am regularly satisfied with the quality of care, but I hesitate to recommend your practice to others because almost every time the physician orders a new prescription they make a mistake. In the last year and half, every single prescription I've needed required a back and forth with my pharmacy due to an error from CPC: the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I verbally confirmed my pharmacy with the intake nurse, the dosage on a refill request was incorrect compared to the regular prescription, and today - the provider didn't correctly indicate the quantity. The worst was earlier this year, when the provider forgot to enter a code needed for a controlled substance when ordering cough syrup with codeine. I had extremely painful bronchitis and really needed that prescription, but the issue was never resolved - the pharmacy never got the information needed to fill the prescription. I feel frustrated when, again and again like clockwork, within an hour of a visit to CPC my pharmacy calls me to tell me there was an issue with prescription they received. This makes me hesitant to ever recommend your practice, and always makes me think I should really find a new provider.
