Copeland Raspberry & Mint Gin is a unique handcrafted infusion of locally sourced whole raspberries and mint leaf. Infused in the same manner as our Copeland Rhuberry we infuse our handpicked fruits with our own premium gin for 8 days, and nothing else. The result is a Copeland Strawberry & Basil Gin was the second Limited Edition gin to join the Copeland Range. It came as a result of a beautiful Northern Ireland summer in 2018. A combination of fresh, sweet strawberries coupled with peppery basil made for the perfect summer infusion. Copeland Spiced Apple & Blackcurrant Gin was the first Limited Edition Gin to surprise our consumers. We created a winter spiced wonder by combining blackcurrants and spiced apple, two very prominent fruits amongst the fields and hedgerows of County Down during the winter.
