A year later I gave birth to my second daughter. When she was two or three months old, my husband raised his hand a second time. When I was born, my son grew bold and began to talk seriously about our family situation. He was very upset, though he was not under the influence of alcohol. He pushed me on the bed, and then, he beat me so often that I lost consciousness, and also beat the children. He did not give money for the house. After another row, I ran to my mother with children. He came and threw himself on his knees, apologizing. I'm back. And still so - I ran away and returned to him. I asked the police for help. But the police are not much interested in family matters. There was one case when my husband was condemned for mistreatment of the family after my intense intervention. It was an administrative penalty in the amount of 620 PLN. It was a big financial disadvantage for the whole family. EWA One night my husband beat me up a lot, then he went into the children's room, broke them from the beds and ordered to say goodbye to his mother, because tomorrow they will find her in a black bag buried in the forest. When this situation repeated, my daughters kept me and cried with me. My husband threatened that he could kill me with impunity because he has a mental illness and when he kills me in affection, he will be acquitted. For many years, the house was the most dangerous place on earth for us.
