CrossFit CrossHills is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, teams and athletes to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located in CrossHills, Yorkshire, in our warehouse, housing state of the art equipment. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from Our programme efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity conditioning. We believe there isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities and drills. The community aspect of CrossFit is one of our greatest strengths. In our box there is no room for ego’s or bad attitudes, we are a supportive, positive group, eager to learn not just how to be fitter but be better people. during pregnancy and had gained a lot of weight. Doing a single sit up was impossible! By doing just three sessions a week for the first few months I started to notice real improvements in my fitness. I feel fitter  now than I have been for a very long time and love learning new skills, setting new goals and challenges. CrossFit Crosshills has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and fantastic coaches – just daunting but the coaches at Crosshills give you the confidence to improve yourself and support you along the way! Every week I feel stronger and all the members are so friendly and welcoming, such a team spirit in every clas* which makes going to the gym exciting, fun and stretching. There are a wide range of people of different ages and abilities, but the atmosphere is always friendly and supportive with none of that awful posing that you get in some gyms. Matteo, the coach gives encouragement and challenge when necessary and conducts the other.  The coaches, Charlotte & Matteo, are very supportive & will push you to achieve your best. I’ve been going for about 3 months and already seen improvements in fitness.”
