All portions of the clas* are guided by a coach who will ensure every member in the clas* is utilizing proper PERSONAL TRAINING: Private training sessions are an effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals in an accelerated manner. By working one-on-one or with your small group, the coach of your choice will customize a training program designed around the goals you have FIRST TAKE: Clas*es are designed specifically for those new to physical training. Our coaches provide in-depth instruction on how to perform basic movements in a comfortable small clas* setting. Special emphasis is placed on bodyweight movements, foundational strength and SPECIALTY CLAS*ES: CrossFit TakeOver offers specialized programs for athletes interested in endurance, strength or are seeking advanced proficiency in movements such as Olympic Weightlifting, mobility and more. KIDS + TE*NS PROGRAMS: Kids clas*es and programs are offered on a semi-regular basis throughout the year. All clas*es are structured to give the youth athlete progressive training in strength and conditioning and an increase in self-esteem and confidence. Te*ns 16 years and older are welcomed to join our standard workout clas*es. OPEN GYM: This is self-directed time for athletes to work on strength, skills or to make up a Daily workout.
