Score is time it takes to complete the 10 rounds. Deadlifts start at the floor, and the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar. Athletes may go straight into the hang power clean from the deadlift. For the hang power clean the barbell must come up to the shoulders, with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar. Athletes may go straight into the push jerk from the hang power clean. The push jerk begins with the barbell on the shoulders and finishes with the weight fully locked out overhead with the hips and knees At the start of the WOD, partner A will begin with the set of 30 wall ba*ls.
