Good day, To whom it may concern On the evening of 19th November 2018 I've placed an order for the free packaging of the above product.. On the the morning of the 20th of November 2018 the bank deducted R71,19 for the delivery. However i haven't received any of the free products, but yet today 3 December 2018 DERMA CARE GLOWCS deducted from my debit card R1,420.81 & I haven't received anything. I am very dissappointed in the service as no one ever contacted me / even send me a message to say what they going to do. I am cancelling this deal & I want all my moneys reversed back into my account. Kind regards Sherene.
