EAC offer Have-a-go sessions for both social groups and corporate events. On the session we will teach you the basics of correct posture and shooting techniques in a safe, but light hearted and fun environment. You will be given plenty of opportunity to shoot, and the session will end with a friendly competition. to the Lancashire Archery As*ociation (LAA), the Northern Counties Archery Society (NCAS) and Archery GB. Our grounds are secure with 24-7 access for members. Recurve, compound, longbow and novice archers are welcome to join, where ‘novice archers’ must have successfully completed a beginners course run by EAC or another Archery UK affiliated club. If you are interested in joining Eccles Archery Club but have not completed an Archery GB training course please contact Beginners Club records officers to enter, modify & present their club shooting records. The software does all the hard work ie. working out handicaps and clas*ifications. The score input screens are designed to be mobile phone friendly. Tournament organisers to arrange target lists, leaderboards & results. The International Archery League WA750 is designed to enable individuals and teams of archers to judge how they are progressing, Recurve, compound, longbow & barebow archers are supported, as are individuals & teams of three. Archers shoot six 70m rounds for a team and a best of three from six rounds for the individual competition.
