EduTech, along with our district partners collaboratively support over 30,000 technology devices. EduTech supports a wide area network, connecting nearly 200 buildings in 8 counties. EduTech resolves nearly 20,000 Help Desk inquiries annually. EduTech Finance Systems team converted 13 districts to a new software version last year. Edutech Student Systems team converted 11 districts to a new software version last year. EduTech as*isted 7 districts as they transitioned to NYS Computer Based as*essment testing. EduTech partners with the other 12 Regional Information Centers in the state to leverage cooperative purchasing power.
