i am a lead ux design consultant currently living in denver, colorado. n26 bank is a pan-european fintech startup that is taking europe by storm as a certified and loved bank that crosses borders to offer the easiest and most convenient experience for the demographic between 20-35. while building out the ux department at n26, the impact of my efforts affected almost every one of our features within our app; ensuring desirability, understanding and stickiness or our breadth of i am a human centered designer who believes in thoughtfully and smartly melding user needs with client needs through a blend of i am a smart and thoughtful leader, an articulate and curious researcher, an explorer of design, achiever of results and a dedicated designer who is focused on results, user understanding, ease of use and pushing boundaries of the unexplored.   i use a combined methodology of user research, synthesis and evaluation to find solutions. iterating, refining and bringing forward a product with real value and substance is the keys to my design process.   i create ground breaking products and intelligent ecosystems that foster rich human interaction. i strive to change lives by using my design skills to make every day easier and create customer happiness, one interaction at a time. user delight and client delight is synonymous with a great product. through a process of feedback and rapid prototyping, clients get what i provide a wide range of skills that span disciplines. i love building a product from start to finish and have varied experiences including field research, mapping, diagramming and visual execution. understand the person using the product.  it seems so simple, right? a product is made for a purpose and by meeting and talking with users, truly understanding their problems, identifying unmet needs, and starting the process of brainstorming, i have helped many to more clearly define the product that can meet their needs. end deliverables include video, photography, user and key stakeholder interviews, and opportunities and vision for the product.
