We look forward to a continued amicable working arrangement with Embroidery Source and Customer support has been excellent.    I feel as if Rob was installed with the machine.   His advice and help with re-designing the workshop, so that the machines would fit was most welcome.    The outcome was amazing!     His training was second to none. Even though I am an experienced embroiderer, Rob spent the week with me teaching me some of the many features, which was greatly appreciated.   There are still features of the machine I'm re-discovering and having been shown during setup, Rob can explain them easily and simply over the phone. I never felt like I'd been abandoned.   Rob often phones or calls in to check on how things are going.   All I have is absolute praise for the machine.   There's really never anything to fix! The customer support and service from all departments at Embroidery Source is second to none and we look forward to a strong business Since purchasing the Barudan we haven't looked back, business has gone from strength to strength.    The initial client base was reached by letter drop,  then word of mouth took over and as they say, it's the best form of advertising and the cheapest.. So when it comes time to buying another machine there will be no shopping around, it will be straight back for another Barudan, the machine that's build for the job, a machine we know and trust.
