She went on to further her love and knowledge of hair by joining Vidal Sas*oon Institute in London, England. After completing the “Clas*ic Course” and “Creative Course” certifications, in 2000, she opened her very own beauty salon and spa in Houston, Texas. Salma’s pas*ion for health and beauty continued as she strived for excellence and got certified with the top 5 non-invasive cosmetic procedures which include Medical Microdermabrasion & the use of Radio frequencies and Cryo-therapy to remove warts, moles, skin-tags, and other skin irregularities. In 2004, Salma obtained the certifications of Medical Aesthetics which included practical hands on training in Dallas Center for Advanced Medical Aesthetics.
