Evolution is the first and only traditional martial arts academy and affiliated CrossFit gym in the San Fernando Valley and possibly Southern California.  Located in the Chatsworth, Northridge area Evolution offers Hapkido martial arts for all ages and CrossFit.  Having both Martial Arts and CrossFit allows families to come in together and leave together. Evolution is an 8,000 square foot facility featuring a wide variety of exercise equipment for CrossFit and large training mat for martial arts and other fitness programs. The studio’s staff of experienced instructors offer professional Hapkido blend and CrossFit programs for participants of all ages.  All programs can be suited for beginners with no prior experience needed. Not only are the clas*es very instructional and useful, but the instructor himself, Jason, is also incredibly encouraging and respectful toward his students. I’m the type of person who was admittedly very nervous about taking my first martial arts clas* but the staff at the gym made me feel welcomed immediately! This is definitely a place worth signing up for. You’ll always want to keep discipline along the way. Sensei Jason and AJ truly care about their students and it is reflected in their attitude. Thank you for making its not just for our children, it’s for all 4 of us. We’re totally hooked. I RARELY praise places, but this place went above and beyond.
