FCC’s mega event – School Arts fest was conducted successfully in the yesteryears with an overwhelming participation of students from Keralite community & was well received by parents and school management. We have been hosting this Inter School Fest for over a decade and have witnessed the participation and quality of performance rapidly increasing every year. Students keep looking forward towards their favourite annual event as it is open to all students, unlike other events which call for the selective count of students from each school. The event which once kicked off with 4 items for 3 categories catering to just a handful of students; now has 5 categories with 30 items contested by over 3000 students. Our success story has motivated us to take a step ahead and host the same event for all As*an communities students which includes India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Ba*gladesh. We are glad to announce our new venture – As*an School Fiesta with 27 items and are anticipating a participation of about 10K As*an Online registration is open to Indian communities. The Indian Contestants can either choose Malayalam or English as the medium for the Contests. When you choose English all contest will be in English and Vice Versa. parents and educators. We at Friends Cultural Center have some summer bonanza for students. FCC Malayalamzha 2018 – Sum up your summer FCC Malayalamazha competitions are a great opportunity for the students to effectively utilize their summer Vacation.  We encourage all students to utilize this chance to enhance your writing and photography skills. This competition is open to all students of the As*an community. This competition is conducted in both English as well as Malayalam. Details of the competitions: 1. Portray your Penchant for Writing (Narrative Writing) Topic: Experiences during summer vacation (അവധിക്കാല അനുഭവങ്ങൾ) to make it attractive, however, weightage will be provided to the writing skills.
