Wagner Sicherheitstechnik wins against EDE

EDE, Wuppertal, has lost the case against Wagner Sicherheitstechnik, Würzburg, in the first instance. As a reminder: At the end of April, Wagner Sicherheitstechnik had sued the purchasing office for refusing payment of the bonus from the year 2017 by the EDE. Reason for the refusal of the bonus payment is the member cancellation, to which managing director Simon Wagner decided according to own data in the December 2017 to the end of the yearly 2018. For the year 2017, Wagner claims to have 16,000 euros net bonus payment. The EDE denied the payment, relying on a p age in the contract stating that bonus payments would not be made in the event of termination. Wagner then turned on a lawyer who does not consider such a p age to be lawful and is now suing the EDE for payment.

TMP changes fitting suppliers

For many years, Emka himself has had his molds for plastic injection molding and die-cast zinc made there. Golden October in construction

October 2018 has been a golden year for construction companies. According to the German construction industry, companies with 20 or more employees reported an increase in turnover of 20.1 percent in nominal terms in the autumn months compared to October 2017. Adjusted for price, this still results in an increase of 14.6 percent. Over the entire period from January to October, sales rose nominally by 10.6 percent (in real terms: + 5.2 percent).
