The arrival was exceptional with all the lighting and flames, the entertainment was great as well.  We found that everyone arriving at the same time, dining and leaving at the same time is a great way to do it.  The best part was the incredibly tasty, local food that we thoroughly enjoyed.  All the staff were excellent as well.  We have told everyone about it and will continue to recommend friends that visit Port Douglas that this is a must do feasting on a magnificent seven dish plattered banquet and enjoying Australian wine.  For the more romantically inclined, the Rainforest selection of Australian wine and the dulcet tones of our resident solo acoustic guitarist. marriage proposal maybe?
