For too long, corporate polluters have cultivated their allies in Congress to thwart climate progress. The “Fossil Fools,” the worst of these Representatives, are up for election in November. We have an opportunity to send them home by voting them out. We need a country that works for working families and our children,  not just corporate CEOs and big polluters. Instead of protecting clean air and clean water from toxic pollution, Trump and Republicans in Congress are letting corporate polluters off the hook and allowing them to defile the air and water with impunity. We need to get out and vote to elect leaders who will boldly rewrite the rules of the economy so it works for working families, the middle clas*, and our kids again. As President, Donald Trump has relentlessly attacked Americans of all st*ipes—including women, people of color, Muslims, immigrants, and LGBTQ people—while recklessly bulldozing the health and environmental protections that safeguard all families in our country. Americans are under attack, yet the Republicans in Congress do nothing to intervene. We need to get out and vote this year to put new leaders in Congress who will stand up to Trump's attacks and protect our communities. Instead of protecting the environment, Trump and Republicans are letting corporate polluters off the hook while they defile the air and water. We need to elect leaders who will rewrite the rules so the economy works for working families and our kids.
