if you need a meal…if you need shelter….if you need help overcoming an addiction…if you need to know god cares…if you want if you want to serve a meal…if you want to teach a clas*…if you want to as*ist our ministry team…if you want to be the hands and. gateway rescue mission serves three meals per day. lunch is available for the general population. breakfast and dinner are served for those. ruth’s refuge provides transitional living for women seeking restoration back into society. women are accepted on a case by case. the new life program offers christian hope to men trapped in addiction. this six-month program offers the opportunity for sobriety. the overnight shelter offers emergency shelter to men. the shelter opens at 2:30 p.m., with beds available on a first come, first serve. gateway rescue mission exists to offer life changing hope through the gospel of jesus christ to homeless men, women and children through. programs to deliver food, shelter, counseling and discipleship. at gateway rescue mission, we roll up our sleeves daily, get dirt under our fingernails working with real people, and do what we believe jesus got his hands di*ty dealing with people and we do the same.  we proclaim a jesus who has the power to save and transform.  we follow a jesus who instructs us to help the downtrodden, love the unlovable and help the helpless.. “for i know the thoughts that i think toward you, says the lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”.
