There were 7 individuals Lynne Cook and Andy TenHuisen. Congratulations to these awesome supporters of FFA!     The 91st National FFA Convention was held in Indianapolis, IN on October 23-27th. The convention not only had a record attendance, including a concert performance by Garth Brooks and keynote address from the President of the United States, Donald J. Georgia FFA members in at the convention include 19 national winners, 23 3-Star chapters, 134 American Degree recipients, an American Star finalist and 7 Honorary American Degree recipients. Christie is teaching in her home county, Rabun County, where she has started a new program with 7th and 8th graders at Rabun County Middle School in Tiger. Christie believes that each of the schools that she has taught at has been beneficial and helped her be in the position to start a new program in her home county. What Christie enjoys most about being an Ag Teacher is that no day is ever the same! She believes that she and her students as a whole are constantly moving, doing, learning and building connections together. She is proud to be back home serving the community that she grew up in.
