There were about 284 nominations out of which GIPL was considered and adjudged one of the deserving contestant for this award by the jury consisting eminent personalities from the industry and government. GIPL has developed a Tablet base software application for Gujarat Agriculture department for implementation of “Talavadi (Pond) Subsidy scheme”. With the help of this software the periphery & Photo of Pond will be depicted along with the survey number and Latitude & Longitude through GPS and the photo will be uploaded at Central Server through GPRS on line. This award was presented at the 9th eINDIA Conference held on23-24th July, 2013 at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Hyderabad.
